About Me


I am a Senior Accredited Counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I have a degree in Psychology and a Post-graduate Diploma in Counselling. I am a qualified Couple and Marital Counsellor and also a qualified Supervisor of Counselling. Additionally, I hold a Certificate in NICE Recommended Counselling for Depression (IAPT).

I subscribe to the code and ethics as described in the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

I have experience working as a counsellor in mental health and bereavement services, the NHS, Civil Service and in other organisations. I currently work as a Practice-based counsellor for the NHS, and a self-employed counsellor for Employment Assistance Programmes and Private Health Insurance Companies as well as in private practice with individual clients and couples. Additionally, I provide clinical supervision for other counsellors.
